Since French colonization of Cambodia, the city has become the national capital, and become the central zone for economy, industry, and culture. The city was founded in 1434, which is situated on the backs of the Tonlé Sap, Mekong and Bassac rivers. The capital is considered for having a beautiful and historical architecture and attractions.Climate
The climate is hot year-round and temperatures range from 18° to 38 °C (64° to 100 °F).There are two seasons:
